Unemployment although has some serious downsides, it allows me to pick up and take off to Utah for a week to hang out with my mum and go to my cousin's wedding. And when it comes to things such as that, unemployment suits me just fine.
We crammed in as much shopping, eating, family time and fun as possible in a 6 day period.
Like our outfits? My mum just whipped those up one day when she was feeling bored. Ain't no thang.
We got to go snow-showing with my mum's cousin Michelle, and I got to learn all the family secrets. Or mainly the fact that my Great-Grand-pa Davis was possibly the coolest G-pa ever: "Damn compressed sea foam" (I've always been under the impression that it is OK to curse, as long as you blame it on G-pa Davis)
My Uncles took us to the shooting range where we discovered, we city girls have good aim.
I am currently torn between trying to actually find a job or staying unemployed and taking a trip home.... it really is a tough choice.

Nicole I can completely see where you are coming from. It's hard to get back into the employment mode when not having a schedule is SO much better! I've only been working 4 weeks now and I'm already looking into retirement plans...for next year...
